Caitlin McTiernan is the Program Manager for the Office of New Americans (ONA) State Network at the American Immigration Council. In this role, she supports ONA Network operations, provides technical assistance to members, and assists with efforts to establish new ONAs. Prior to joining the Council, she consulted with legal aid organizations to implement new reporting systems and legal tools at Just-Tech. She was also a policy graduate intern for New American Economy and a data analyst for the New York Legal Assistance Group. Caitlin holds an M.P.A. in Public and Nonprofit Management from New York University and a B.A. in International Relations from the College of William and Mary.
